Have a question about study time, stamps or using the app? Start with these answers.
How do I start a study session?
Tap Start on the home screen. Choose your category and session duration, select a stamp, and begin focusing.
How does my stamp progress?
Study time helps reveal your chosen stamp. When you finish a session, the time you studied is saved to your progress.
Can I pause a session?
Yes. The timer includes controls to pause, resume and finish your session.
Can I choose a sound for my session?
Yes. Open Sounds on the focus screen to choose an ambient sound. You can also study in silence.
What happens if I delete the app?
If you study without an account, progress is stored on this iPhone and deleting the app may remove it. If you sign in with Apple, study history and stamp progress are synced to your account and can be restored after signing in again.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open your Stamp Time account and select Delete Account. This removes your synced profile and study data. You can also email stamptime@vortica.net for help.
How do I report or block a profile?
Open the person’s profile or their entry in the followers or following list and choose Report or Block. Email stamptime@vortica.net if you need further help.
Can someone see my profile without installing the app?
Yes. Share your profile link to let them view your public study profile in a browser. You control the visibility of your study statistics and categories in the app.
